well... i wouldnt wages more than $300 for all that.
hmmm... what i would do is run on ebay and compare your computer to like computers and check out their prices. it sounds close to your comp is a few years old but still not too fruitless.

if your selling the whole system you might receive $300-500 bucks for it if your lucky

people can buy a intact P4/512RAM/DVD-RW for 500 bucks nowadays
Computer components don’t hold their value. I don’t focus you would be able to deal in this setup; I’d break it apart and sell the parts individually on ebay.
