I am using Athlon Xp 2000+ system near 256 RAM, and with two HardDisks connected to one IDE cable and 1CD-Write and DVD-Writer these connected another IDE Cable. Now at hand is a need for me to connect Third Hard Disk.
Is There any opening to connect "three hard disks to one One IDE cable?".
How to connect 3 harddisks to one IDE Cable?
No, IDE simply supports two devices per cable. You can however buy (for about $20) an IDE controller card that will allow you to append a two more IDE cables (four devices) to your system.
carry a controller card.
Yes, its easy, buy a contemporary IDE cable with 5 sets of adapters. Mine have the same, cable be like $25.
Get a USB coop for the hard drive.
