How much Power do I involve?

I hold decided to get hold of a new power supply, and I inevitability to know how much power I need. I hold a ECM RC410L MOBO, 750 SATA SEAGATE Hard drive, I will be getting 2 gb of DDR2 memory, I have a 1650x ATI Video Car and a Pentium D 3.4ghz proccesspr.

But take transcribe that it is important not simply to look at total wattage rating but also the amperage of the +12V rails. Newer processors, peripherals and accoutrements draw power more from the +12V rail. Current PSUs enjoy dual +12V rails, high-end PSUs own more.
