not that great. Get an Asus or Msi.

ECS mobos are usually used here (Philippines) as a "generic" mobo for computer shops, If you will ask me I will ring up it mobo for the masses coz it's cheap, I hold no negative nurture backs for this mobo coz I don't know of any, my warning is if you're gonna get this mobo cause sure you get the right peripherals resembling a good power supply, fan, etc.



ASRock is a good alternative
I own built several systems with ECS motherboards and own not had any problems. All maker put out different models, some with more features than others. I other asses what I want from a particular system consequently shop for a board that fits my requirements.

You can also release money by using a Linux operating system. My favourite is UBUNTU you can download it for free at ubuntu.com. Also, you will seize all the software you will ever inevitability free (including an excellent office suite OpenOffice -see openoffice.org .
they are cheap and somewhat reliable - but forget roughly overclocking or any advanced features -

dont buy one, itll give you profusely of headaches and POSTing problems

try Asus or Gigabyte or MSI or Foxconn or even Biostar
