how much is 1 gb surrounded by jargon of mb?

how much is 1 gb surrounded by jargon of mb?

1 Giga Byte = 1024 Mega Bytes
1000mb
1GB = 1 billion

1MB = 1 Million
1GB equals 1024MB
1gb = 1024 mb
Each extra increment of bytes (e.g Kilo- Mega- etc.) is supposed to represent an extra thousand times. This process that 1000 bytes = 1Kb and so on. Hence 1Gb = 1000Mb. However, as computers use binary, everything is actually within terms of powers of 2. Because of this 1024 bytes if truth be told = 1Kb, it's just that it's roughly 1000 times, so saw that is easier.

So 1Gb = 1000Mb, or properly 1Gb = 1024Mb
1000mb
1,000
1 GB = 1024 MB

juz approaching a blank DVD..it has 4.7GB..but within fact its 4483.. MB
1000, or 1024 if you are a geek. :-)
