i hold a optiplex 320 dell, and i want to add memory . can anyone hand over specific details on how to do it?. or how much it cost?

it depends on what kind of memory your computer can support, how much you want to put within and how much you know about computers. its not neccesarilly tricky, but thats coming from someone whos been building computers for years, also facts that opening your dell voids the warranty. you should write the speed down of the memory you hold in within already first, then establish how much you want to buy, a stick of ddr varies from 30-100+ dollars.
isntalling more bump is possibly one of the easiest and most worth wile upgrade one can perform. you can purchase RAM for relatively cheap but sort sure it is compatible with your computer. Also if you are not awfully computer savvy you might want to have someone else do it. i know some stores (best buy) will install it if you buy it from next for free
